Things you'll need
-1/2 cup of water
-1/2 cup Castile SOAP
-1 spoonful of olive oil
-20 drops of lemon essential oil
-A container for SOAP with dispenser
-A measuring cup
Step 1
Measure the water and pour it into the SOAP dispenser. If you put soapy water in equal parts you will get a good amount of foam and the product will be soft to your hands. If you want todilute more SOAP, you can add more water until you find the proportion right for your needs.
It is easy to raise the level of glutathione, because some of it is found in almost all fruits and vegetables.
However, it is important to note that cooking destroys easily glutathione, so eat these foods raw or cooked steamed.
Some vegetables contain substances that the body produces naturally to form moreglutathione. The best choices are broccoli, cabbage or cabbage, cabbage Brussels, spinach, strawberries, tomato, avocado, cauliflower, cabbage, common, watermelon,potatoes and parsley.

Riboflavin (vitamin Bz) helps the body to combine the amino acids in proteins, so be sure to eat enough. The RDA for riboflavin is less than 2 mg a day. However, if you want to increase the glutathione reserves you need to drink more. You suggest 25 to 50 mg daily dose that is completely safe. Vitamin C helps to improve the level of glutathione. We suggest you to take 500 mg a day.
You also must be sure of having enough selenium in the body, as this is needed toproduce one of the vital enzymes that produce glutathione in the cells. We suggestyou take 25 meg a day.
Finally, lipoic acid helps produce glutathione and use it efficiently. Lipoic acid is so important that we will talk about it separately.
